What version of Dojo, and what components are you using?

Roxer is essentially a web-based web page editor. Dojo is used heavily in a few places to make Roxer "feel" like an application as opposed to a web page. For example there's a very elegant "Copy & Paste" system using dojo.cookie that lets you copy images, text, or anything, from one web page to another.
We're also using the RichText Widget extensively. This Widget has been integrated in one of the most important aspects of Roxer, which is a "Text Box". This, like all the other content on Roxer, can be dragged, made opaque, resized, and instantly edited.

Aside from this were using much of Dojo's core functionality as well as experimenting w/ Dojox projects such as the Image LightBox.

What made you choose Dojo?

Dojo was chosen because it could handle some of the tougher hurdles we had to overcome. However, as time goes on and I learn more about the API, I'm seeing great value in it's broad range of capabilities as well. Simply the breath of it's functionality is unmatched by anything else I've seen.

What was your favorite thing about working with Dojo?

My favorite thing about Dojo is it's framework. It lets me write code that scales well and is easily readable. Additionally, I can extend any part of their library without having to muck with their code. This makes it very easy to upgrade when new versions of Dojo come out.

Do you have any other comments you would like to make?

Not at this time.
